Corporate sponsorship and advertising

In addition to being affiliated with The C Club, corporations also have the option to purchase advertising space in any or all of the following areas:

Fixed vinyl banners of varying sizes.

*No banner will be taller than 4ft or longer than 20ft. The appearance or design of each banner must be approved by the Development Officer for Athletics and the Director of Athletics. The price for a one-year contract will vary on location and size from $500 - $2,000. After one year, the banner will be taken down unless renewed.*

  • Baseball field outfield fence
  • Softball outfield 
  • Mayo Field on both sides of the fence along Woodlawn Ave. 
  • Practice Field on both sides of the fence along Woodlawn Ave. 
  • Along the entrance to the mezzanine in Gold Dome (Two). These banners will be limited to 8 ft. in length. 

Fixed plastic signs 

  • Large signs under “Gents” & “Ladies” verbiage on the Gold Dome scoreboard (two) - $2,000 
  • Small signs below the Gold Dome scoreboard (three) - $500 

Digital & Video Advertisements 

  • Corporations have the opportunity to display digital ads on the football video scoreboard and later the baseball & softball video scoreboards. All ads will be approved by the Development Officer for Athletics and the Director of Athletics.  Pricing on video advertisements will be addressed later when the capabilities of the new video scoreboard are better known. 

 

 

 *NOTE* If your gift to a specific sport isn’t used within that fiscal year by that sport, it will be forwarded to the Athletics Division to support operations.
